摘要
本文概述了利用尾矿生产建筑装饰材料的几种主要工艺流程 ,对工艺及产品性能作了初步分析 ,指出实现工业化生产的几个前提条件。把成型烧结法引入碎粒烧结法中 ,建立了一种便于工业化生产的成型烧结晶化工艺。利用该工艺试制的玻璃陶瓷抛光砖致密度高、强度大 ,经抛光的表面反光柔和细腻。认为成型烧结晶化法是利用尾矿生产玻璃陶瓷抛光砖的最佳工艺 。
In this paper, the several processes of making decorating materials of tailling were introduced, the advantage and disadvantage of these processes and the properties of products were investigated, then the premise for large scale production were presented. The process of Shaping Sintering Crystallization suitable for industry was established by introducing Shaping Sintering into Grain Sintering. Glass ceramics made of tailling were made experimentally by the new process, and it was showed that the density of the sample was high and the mechanical properties were excellent. The surface polished was very bright and smooth. It was belived that the process of Shaping Sintering Crystallization was the best one for industrial production and it was also the best way of comprehesive utilization of tailling.
