摘要
目的探讨对急性心肌梗死患者的护理经验,提高护理效果。方法回顾性分析2006年10月至2008年10月收治的急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料及实施的护理方案。结果通过有效的观察及护理,能提高患者对治疗的依从性及自我调节能力,减少并发症的发生。结论临床上除有效治疗外,正确的护理是促进患者康复、减少并发症的发生、降低病死率的有效措施。
Objective To discuss the nursing experiences of patients with acute myocardial infarction, improve the effect of nursing. Methods Retrospective analyze the clinical data of patients from Oktober 2006 to Oktober 2008 with acute myocardial infarction and the implementation of the nursing program. Results By the effective observation and care,it can improve treatment compliance and self-control. It also can reduce comlica- tion. Conclusion In addition to effective treatment, the accurate and effective care can help to promote the rihabilitation of patients and reduce comlications and mortality.
