摘要
分析了图书馆员与读者人际关系的概念、人际关系与沟通的辩证关系,提出了建立良好人际关系的必要性和人际沟通的重要性。对馆员和读者为什么要沟通、怎样沟通进行了全面的阐述。
The concept of interpersonal relationship and dialectical relation between interpersonal relationship and communication were analyzed. The necessity and importance of establishing good interpersonal relationships and communication modes were pointed out. The reason why librarians should communicate with readers and how to communicate were comprehensively discussed.
