摘要
阐述了新信息环境下文献信息的产生、传输和利用所产生的本质变化,分析了新信息环境的变化对图书馆学科和图书馆行业发展的影响,指出军队医学图书馆在发展定位上,要从主要面向医疗、科研和教学的文献信息保障转变到发挥医学文献信息研究在卫生政策与管理、医学科技创新、疾病控制与预防3个领域的支撑作用,提出了新信息环境下军队医学图书馆的发展对策。
The essential changes in production, delivery and use of documentary information under new information environment were discussed. The effects of new information environment on library science and development of librarianship were analyzed. The authors pointed out that the development of Chinese PLA medical libraries should be changed from the support of documentary information for medical treatment, scientific research and teaching to bringing into play the role of medical documental information research in health policy and management, medical science and technology innovation, disease control and prevention. Strategies were put forward for the development of Chinese PLA medical libraries under the new information environment.
