摘要
本文针对中商大厦基础设计过程中超高层主楼基础与大面积裙房基础之间不设结构沉降缝的相应处理对策作一简介，经理论计算和该结构物实测沉降分析，证明该设计处理是成功的。
This Paper gives a brief account of foundation design of Shanghai China Commerce Building, without settlement joint between the fower and the lop area podium.Both the theoretical analysis of the foundation and settlement observation result are Presented and have been Proved that mentioned treatment is lather successful.
