摘要
目前低应变动测确定单桩承载力是根据线性振动理论测得桩土体系抗压刚度(习称桩的动刚度),通过经验公式计算单桩承载力。由于其理论的不成熟及检测实际中的影响因素较多,难以客观反映实际的桩土特性,常给建筑工程造成隐患,甚至影响建筑物的正常使用。
Two things are involved in determining the bearing capacity of single pile by lowstrain dynamic testing in these years. One is that the compression rigidity of piles is obtained on linear vibration principles, and the other is that the bearing capacity of single pile is computed according to the ratio of dynamic and static rigidity by empirical formula. Because of the uncertainty in theory and so much affecting factors existed in testing, it is difficulty to make a correct report on pilesoil features. Much hidden troubles are made in the construction projects of estimating the pile bearing capacity by the lowstrain method, some of them even caused the constructed building cannot be used normally.
