摘要
钢管桩是岩溶区高层建筑和一些重要建筑物地基处理中渐被采用的一种新方法。它具有强度高、进度快、施工质量易于控制等特点,尤其适用于大口径桩桩底基岩岩溶强烈发育(如多层溶洞)的地基处理。本文结合鸿达置业大厦地基处理工程,介绍了这一新工艺的施工程序及其承载力的确定方法。实践表明,该工艺用于基岩岩溶强烈发育的建筑物地基处理是完全可行的。
おteel pipe pile is a new technique that is gradually used in the foundation treatment of highrise buildings and other important buildings in karst areas. With the characteristics of high intensity, fast progressing and easily controlling of construction quality, its effectiveness for highly karstifed (such as multilayercaves) foundation treatment under the heavy calibre pile tip is rather distinct. This paper, based on a foundation treatment project, introduces the new technique, and the determination method of the bearing capacity. The result shows that the new technique used in the foundation treatment in highly karstified bedrock areas is feasible.
