摘要
主要从试验、工程实测两个方面来探求牵引力的计算公式,首先通过九层模型试验,在三种不同滚轴直径D和三种不同建筑物自重G组合的九组试验的结果分析,得出建筑物平移所需启动牵引力F与建筑物自重G和滚轴直径D的关系,即,启动牵引力F与建筑物自重G成线性正比关系,与滚轴直径D成反比关系;而后通过大量的实际工程牵引力实测数据,并考虑到实际工程中建筑物自重较大而引起滚轴大变形的情况,对试验推出的理论公式进行了修正;最后再用一综合调整系数K来反映滚轴直径D对牵引力F的影响,使计算公式得到进一步简化,得出牵引力F与建筑物自重G的直接线性关系。
The pull force formula was investigated by two means of experiment and engineering surveying. First a nine - story structure model moving experiment was presented, by the way of nine groups of experiment results from three kinds of roller diameter D and three kinds of structure weight G, the test conclusion was drawn about the relationship about the pull force between the structure weight and the roller diameter , which was that F is in the proportion to the building~ gravity and is in the inverse proportion to the roller diameter. Furthermore the practical pull force data of big distortion was considered from lots of engineering application, the pull force formula draw from the experiment was adjusted ; At last a general regulatory factor k was applied to the formula to make the formula reduced , so the last formula was obtained which is only related to the factor of gravity.
