摘要
随着64层CT和双源CT的问世,冠状动脉CT血管成像(CTA)已成为冠心病检查的一项重要的无创性成像手段。最近,冠状动脉CTA的电离辐射与安全问题成为关注的焦点。因此,严格遵循ALARA原则(as low as reasonably achievable),合理优化扫描方案以实现低剂量检查具有重要意义。本文就双源CT冠状动脉CTA的低剂量检查作了简要概述。
With the introduction of 64-slice CT and dual-source CT (DS-CT), CT coronary angiography (CTCA) plays an important role for the noninvasive assessment of coronary artery disease. Recently, the radiation dose associated with CTCA has created serious concerns for public health. Therefore, careful selection of CT scanning protocols is needed to keep the radiation exposure "as low as reasonably achievable (ALARA)". This article reviewed the dose reducing strategies in DS-CTCA.
