摘要
针对大牛地气田储层低压、低孔、致密、纵向上目的层多,且层间跨距变化大,单层产能低的特征,开展连续油管分层压裂工艺技术研究,以实现该气田多层叠置气层的均衡改造,通过对国内外文献连续油管分层压裂工艺技术调研、研究和现场试验,了解了连续油管分层压裂工艺技术在国内外的技术发展现状;通过研究初步确定连续油管喷砂射孔环空压裂填砂封堵分层压裂工艺技术满足大牛地气田储层特征,并在大牛地气田进行了两口井6层次的的试验应用,成功率100%,平均单层加砂26.28m3,单层最大加砂31m3,首次在国内致密气藏采用连续油管喷砂射孔环空分层压裂,为在大牛地气田进行连续油管分层压裂奠定了基础。
Daniudi gas field has some features,such as low pressure,low porosity,tight,and low productivity per zone and gap distance varies between zones,so coiled tubing separated fracturing technique was studied to reach balanced stimulation for multi-zone superimposed horizon.Through the research of coiled tubing separated fracturing technique and field operation,the state-of-the-art of coiled tubing separated fracturing has been understood.Coiled tubing jet perforation separated fracturing technique through annulus with sanding up separated zone has been performed,which meet the requirement of reservoir characteristics of Daniudi gas field.Six zones of two wells had been performed in Daniudi gas field with successful rate of 100%.Average sand added per zone is 26.28m3,and maximum sand added for single zone is 31m3.
