成本控制水平的高低将决定一个企业的生存状况,强化项目管理、控制施工成本已成为建筑企业提高经济效益、提高市场竞争能力的首要任务。介绍了成本控制的基础及成本分析遵循的原则,分析了企业成本控制中存在的问题,探讨了成本控制的方法和途径。
The level of the cost control will determine the existing state of an enterprise, and strengthening the project management and controlling the construction cost have become the Hrst task of the construction enterprise. This paper introduces the foundations of the cost control and the principles of the cost analysis, analyzes the problems existing in enterprise＇ s cost control, and probes into the methods and paths for enterprise＇ s cost control.
