摘要
目的:建立氢化物原子荧光法(HG-AFS)同时测定供水材料浸泡液中锡和锑的方法。方法:使用硫脲-抗坏血酸混合溶液作为预还原剂和掩蔽剂,研究原子荧光法同时测供水材料浸泡液中痕量锡和锑的最佳测定条件。结果:本法选择100 g/L硫脲-抗坏血酸溶液作为预还原剂和掩蔽剂,20 g/L硼氢化钾溶液作为还原剂,线性范围为0-10μg/L,相关系数≥0.9995,锡和锑的检出限分别为0.056μg/L和0.084μg/L,平均回收率分别在94.3%-105.1%和96.5%-102.6%范围内。结论:该方法简便快速、灵敏度高、准确度好,适合供水材料浸泡液中痕量锡和锑的测定。
Objective:To establish a hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG- AFS) for determination of water supply materials at the same time in the tin and antimony dip approach. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and suitable for water supply materials dip trace determination of tin and antimony.
