摘要
本文对MKA2420型龙门铣床的龙门框架进行了有限元计算分析，进行了大、小两个截面尺寸的方案对比。计算结果表明：两个方案中，采用小截面尺寸的方案是可行的。同时，为了保证安装后的导轨直线精度，给出了导轨的反变形曲线。
This paper is about the analysis of finite element method about porol-type frome of XKA2420 planer type aling machine in dynamic and static states, two Plans compored each ther. The calculated results expressed that the little size Plan was avoiloble,the revered deformation curues of slidenays were given so that linerity of slideways was assured after slidenays were installed.
