摘要
铝熔炼保温炉生产过程中产生的的烟尘特点明显,治理难度较大,布袋除尘器选择何种滤料是保证达标排放、系统长期可靠运行的关键,通过对各种常用滤料的性能进行综合比较,并结合实际工程经验认为,一般情况下P84滤料是首选。同时应根据企业及工程的具体情况,进行优化设计,选择最合适的滤料。
Dust produced during production of aluminum melting furnace ＆ holding furnace has obvious characteristic and more treatment difficulty. Selection of filtering material for bag-filter is key to ensure reaching drainage standard and long-term reliable operation of system. Through comprehensive compare of the performance of a variety of commonly used filtering material, i combining actual engineering experience, it is generally considered that P84 is the preferred filtering material, At the same time, optimum design should be carried out according to the specific enterprise and engineering conditions so as to select the most suitable filtering material.
