铝行业的各种火焰炉均通过烟闸来调节炉子烟气的排放量从而控制炉压,传统意义上的闸板采用耐热铸件加工而成。本文结合新型风冷闸板在铝火焰炉中设计及应用,详细介绍了新型风冷闸板的设计、结构及炉压控制效果。
