摘要
光栅数显表是一种用于精密测量直线位移的数字化仪表。本文介绍了一种利用单片机为核心设计的通用型光栅数显表的绝对零位系统进行大直径测量的新方法。可对各类大型车床的加工件进行动态测量，并直观地显示其直径。
Grating Digital display Instrument is a kind of digital Instrument used in the precise measurement of linear displacement.This paper introduces a novel method for the mesurement of large diameter using the absolute zero system of the universal grating digital display instrument which is designed using the single chip microcomputer as core part.Using this method the dynamic measuring the workpiece of large lathes various kinds can be carried out and the diameter also can be visual displaied.
