摘要
介绍了用自旋转车刀加工金属纤维的方法，研究了不同刀具安装倾角对金属纤维主要性能指标的影响，并指出刀具安装倾角是影响金属纤维加工的主要因素。试验结果表明：用自旋转车刀加工金属纤维是一种行之有效的切削加工方法。
The method of machining metal fibre by using self propelled turning tools is presented.The main properties of metal fibre being influenced by different inclination angles are researched,and that inclination angle is main factor in manufacturing metal fibre is pointed out. Experimental results show that machining metal fibre by using self propelled turning tools is an effective way.
