摘要
热压铸工艺是一种成形中、小尺寸的结构复杂的陶瓷产品的良好方法。介绍了热压铸工艺的原理,分析了其工艺特点;同时还介绍了具有自动操作功能的热压铸工艺装置的设计,分析了其优良的性能及使用效果。
Hot press moulding technique, which was used to shape small and medium size and complicated structure ceramic, is a favorable method. The principle of hot press moulding technique was introduced, and characteristics of technique was analyzed. The design of hot auto- press moulding technique device was presented and the properties and using effect were analyzed.
