摘要 激光焊接过程中产生的等离子体对激光束有屏蔽作用,降低了焊接熔深,甚至出现缺陷。本文在综述当前国内外激光等离子体研究现状的基础上,叙述了激光焊接过程中几种物理参量对等离子体的影响及等离子体的控制。 Plasma produced in laser welding process has shielding effect to the laser beam and decreases the melting depth on even result in the defect. In this paper on the basis of a summary of the current domestic and international laser plasma research status, the effect of some physical parameters on plasma during the welding process and the control method of plasma are described.
