针对中、小电流等离子弧焊维弧电源的弊端,设计了一种以场效应管(MOSFET)为功率开关管、采用脉宽调制(PWM)方式调节维弧电流的维弧电源,其工作性能可靠,引弧性能好,体积小,效率高.
Aimed at the defect of middle and small current pilot source in plasma arc welding, a new pilot source, adopting MOSFET as power switching device and PWM to regulate the pilot current, has been designed. The source possesses merits, such as easy ignition, reliable function, small volume and high efficiency.
