摘要
目的探讨基层社区卫生服务中心在社区家庭病床对居家晚期患者开展临终关怀服务的可行性及方法。方法回顾性分析61例居家晚期患者的临终护理情况并进行讨论。结果居家晚期患者安详死去者占93%。患者家属满意率为98%。结论本着"以人为本"的原则,对居家晚期患者开展临终关怀护理服务,采用患者亲属参与、医护共同协商治疗护理方案,实施全方位的整体照护具有重大的社会意义。
Objective To explore the feasibility and methods of the grass - roots community health service centers to carry out terminal care to late stage patient in home sick bed. Methods Retrospectively analyze 61 cases of patients died in home sick bed and discuss the situation of terminal care. Results 93% of those patients died in quiet and calm. The satisfaction rate of their family members is 98%. Conclusion The spirit of ＂people first＂ principle, carried out on patients with advanced home care and hospice services, the use of relatives of patients with the participation of medical and nursing care consultation program, the implementation of a full range of the integrated care are of great social significance.
