摘要
目的探讨经皮肾镜及输尿管镜下应用第三代弹道超声波碎石清石系统治疗上尿路结石的临床效果和操作体会。方法总结分析我院应用经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)及输尿管镜取石术(URL),结合第三代弹道超声波碎石清石系统(EMS)治疗上尿路结石82例的临床资料。结果75例均成功一期取石术,仅7例需二期PCNL清石。平均手术时间90.0min,肾造瘘管留置时间平均4.0d。术后平均住院时间6.5d。术后大出血1例。结石清除率92%。结论经皮肾穿刺造瘘取石及经输尿管镜取石术具有损伤小、恢复快、住院时间短、结石清除率高、并发症少等优点,是治疗上尿路结石的较好方法。
Objective To study the clinical effects and operation experiences of using the 3rd lithotripsy system for the treatment of upper urinary stones via pereutaneous ncphroscope lithotripsy （PCNL） and ureteroscope lithotripsy （URL）. Methods We analyzed 82 upper urinary stone cases of using PCNL and URL in our hospital. Results 75 cases removed the stones successfully for the first time; only 7 cases removed the stones for the second time. The mean operation time was 90.0 minutes. The mean renal - fistula time was 4. 0 days. The mean hospital staying time was 6.5 days. Only 1 case hemorrhage after the operation. Stone clearance rate was 92%. Conclusion PCNL and URL are good methods for the treatment of upper urinary stones, with advantages of minor trauma, fast recovery, short hospital time, high clearance rate of stones and few complications.
