摘要
抗精神病药物如吩噻嗪类、硫杂蒽类及丁酰苯类等长期、高剂量应用,可产生多种锥体外系反应(EPS)。近年来,非抗精神病类药物引起的EPS报道也较多,本文重点介绍近几年药物尤其是抗精神病药物相关的药源性帕金森综合征(DIP)的诊治,并简要分析文献报道的其他多种药物引起的EPS的临床表现、发病机制及其治疗,以便引起临床用药的观注。
Antipsychotic drugs such as phenothiazine, thioxanthenes, butyrophenones can produce extrapyramidal symptoms. In recent years, non-antipsychotic drug-induced extrapyramidal symptoms are also reported. This article reviews the clinical manifestations, pathogenesis and treatment of drug-induced extrapyramidal symptoms.
