摘要
采用摩擦焊后水淬和空冷的方法研究了20CrMo+35CrMo摩擦焊接头热影响区晶粒状态及其影响因素。研究结果表明,摩擦焊接头近缝区处于动态再结晶状态。分析了其晶粒尺寸与Zener-Holomon因子的关系,指出强工艺规范可使晶粒细化,使焊缝韧性提高。
