摘要
目的：探讨双钢板加植骨治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效．方法：自2003年5月至2008年3月．对我院收治的12例胫骨平台复杂骨折患者，采用双切口双钢板加植骨的微创技术进行手术治疗，避免对胫前皮瓣和骨折端血供过分破坏，所有患者术后第1天起即进行膝关节功能锻炼．结果：12例患者均得获9-37个月（平均19．8个月）随访．骨折均获得骨性愈合．膝关节功能按Merchant评分标准评定：优6例，良5例，可1例，优良率91．6％．结论：采用双钢板加植骨治疗胫骨平台复杂骨折，能良好的复位固定、植骨和早期功能锻炼，可提高胫骨平台骨折的疗效．
Objective： To evaluate the clinial effects of treatment of fractures of tibial plateau with two incisions, double plates fixation and bone graft. Method： From May 2003 to March 2008, twelve patients with fractures of tibial plateau received surgical treatment with two incisions, double plates fixation and bone graft in our hospital. Exercises to recover the function of knee joints went on gradully from the first day after operation for all the cases. Result： All cases are followed up for 9-37 months （average 19.8）. All the fractures heal satisfactorly. According to merchant evaluation system, the knee function is excellent in 6 cases, good in 5 cases, and fair in 1 case. The excellent and good rate is 90.6%. Conclusion： The treatment of complex fractures of tibial plateau with two incisions, double plates fxation and bone graft can avoid damaging the blood supply to the pre-tibial skin flap and the fracture ends. That will enhance the curative effects of the tibial plateau fracture.
