摘要
目的:进行大型综合医院医疗服务满意度问卷的信效度评价.方法:在四川大学华西医院抽取15115例住院病人进行满意度调查.结果:问卷总体和类别标准化克朗巴赫α系数均较高;各题项与问卷总分的相关值和七大类别总分与相应题项的相关值均较高;在调查前,问卷通过了相关专家的评议并经实际应用,对完善医疗服务工作产生了良好的效应.结论:问卷信效度均较高,具有推广应用价值.今后,我们应该广泛进行不同途径病人满意度调查。
Objective: To evaluate the reliability and validity of satisfaction questionnaire of medical services in a large general hospital. Method: The satisfaction degree of 15115 patients are investigated in Huaxi hospital. Result: The Cronbach's Alpha of both questionnaire and seven categories is higher; both corrected item-total correlation and corrected item-category correlation are higher; the questionnaire is jointly evaluated by many specialists before and practical application shows that the managerial measures put forward by questionnaire survey are effective. Conclusion: Both reliability and validity of satisfaction questionnaire of medical services are higher, which is well worth a try. We should advance the patients, satisfaction survey from different sources of patients and research the reliability and validity of satisfaction questionnaire vigorously.
