网箱养殖鲈鱼内脏白点病病原的分离与鉴定 被引量:12

Isolation and Identification of Causative Pathogen for Visceral White Spot in Lateolabrax japonicus Stocked in Sea-cage

摘要 2007年5-6月,浙江省象山港海区网箱养殖鲈鱼暴发一种较为严重的传染性疾病。从自然发病和人工感染患病鲈鱼分别分离到LY-1、LY-2菌株。采用常规生理生化指标测定和分子生物学16S rRNA测序分析对病原菌进行分类学鉴定,两者鉴定结果一致并初步确定LY-1、LY-2均为哈维氏弧菌Vibrio harveyi。HSP60序列分析表明,所测病原菌HSP60基因序列与Vibrio harveyi同源性为99%,而与其他弧菌属细菌HSP60基因的同源性均小于91%。综合上述结果,LY-1、LY-2菌株被鉴定为哈维氏弧菌。 A serious and infectious epidemic of Lateolabrax japonicus cultured in net-cage in Xiangshan, Ningbo,Zhejiang Province, broke out from May to June 2007. From the diseased fish of natural and artificialinfections,we isolated strains LY-1 and LY-2 respectively. By the means of morphological,physiological and biochemical tests and 16S rRNA sequence analysis,we initially identified both LY-1 and LY-2 as Vibrio harveyi. HSP60 gene sequences showed that strains LY-1 and LY-2 had sequence identity of 99% to harveyi, whereas had less than 91% identity to the other vibrios. Based on the results obtained,the strains LY-1 and LY-2 were identified as Vibrio harveyi.
