摘要
结合工程实例,介绍通过确定合适的30万吨级原油船舶进港和靠泊的乘潮水位以及提出经济满载吃水的概念以达到优化回旋水域设计的技术。
Combining with a practical project, this paper introduces an optimization design technology for the turning basin of 300,000 DWT crude oil berth, which is mainly basing on the reasonable choice of riding high tide level and the concept of economical full draft.
