摘要
根据近年丹参在术后粘连防治研究中的应用情况,探讨丹参对粘连的作用机理,包括改善腹膜组织缺血程度、减少纤维蛋白沉积与胶原合成、减轻炎症程度3个方面,为中药防治术后粘连研究提供参考。
According to the application of Danshen in the prevention of post - operative adhesion, we discuss the anti - adhesive mechanism of Danshen in 3 aspects ： relieve ischemia of peritoneal organ, decrease deposition of fibrin and synthesis of collagen, lighten the level of inflammation. It can provide reference resources for the study of post - operative adhesion by Chinese herbs.
