摘要
目的观察益气养阴方对小鼠肿瘤转移过程中血液流变学的影响。方法小鼠接种U14子宫颈癌细胞悬液后10,19,25 d,分别观察小鼠血液流变学指标变化。结果中药组明显改善全血黏度和血小板聚集率等血液流变学指标。结论益气养阴方改善肿瘤机体的血液高黏状态对肿瘤转移有一定的抑制作用。
Objective It is to observe the influence of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin prescriptions on hemorheology in transfer process of mice tumor. Methods After mice were inoculated with cell suspension of U14 cervix cancer for 10, 19 and 25 d, the changes of hemorheology indexes in mice were respectively observed. Results The hemorheology indexes such as whole blood viscosity and platelet aggregation rate etc. in traditional Chinese medicine group were obviously improved. Conclusion Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin prescriptions improving blood high viscosity in tumor organism has determinate inhibitory action on tumor metastasis.
