摘要
目的研究温肾化痰胶囊联合达英-35治疗肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征的协同作用。方法将64例符合条件的多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别应用温肾化痰胶囊联合达英-35及单纯用达英-35治疗。观察2组治疗前、治疗后第1个月经周期的血性激素水平,停药3个月内妊娠数。结果在中医症状、血清性激素的改善及妊娠率方面,治疗组均优于对照组。2组比较有显著性差异。结论温肾化痰胶囊联合达英-35治疗肾虚痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征,具有增效、协同作用,其疗效机制可能是调整性激素的合成与分泌,调节下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴的功能。
Objective It is to study the synergistic effects of Wenshenhuatan capsule combined with Diane - 35 on kidney asthenia and phlegmatic hygrosis type polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）. Methods 64 cases of eligible PCOS patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Wenshenhuatan capsule combined with Diane - 35. The control group was treated with Diane - 35 only. The sex hormones before treatment and after treatment for one menstruation and the number of pregnancy during drug withdrawal three months of the two groups were observed. Results At the improvements of symptoms on traditional Chinese medicine, sex hormones and pregnancy, the treatment group was better than the control group. Conclusion Wenshenhuatan capsule combined with Diane- 35 on kidney asthenia and phlegmatic hygrosis type PCOS have synergistic effects. The mechanism may be adjusting the synthesis and secretion of sex hormone to regulate the function of Hypothalamus-Pituitary-Ovarian axis.
