摘要
本文用微机辅助微分热分析法,记录分析钠盐变质处理ZL104合金的冷却曲线及其微分曲线,并确定了变质效果与冷却曲线特征值ΔT,s,te之间的关系.根据ΔT(未变质合金与变质合金共晶温度之差),S(微分曲线共晶阶段结束峰值),te(共晶生长时间)可快速、准确地预测铝硅合金的变质效果.
The differential thermal analysis technique aided by microcomputer is used to record and analyze cooling curves and differential curves of ZL104 alloy melt with sodium modification agents and the relation ship between the effect of modifiction and Δ T, S, t e of the curves has been established. According to Δ T (eutectic growth temperature difference between unmodified and modified melt) and S (peak value of the end of the eutectic growth plateau in differential curve) and t e (time of the eutectic growth), the effect of modification of ZL104 alloy can be predicated rapidly and reliably.
