摘要
从机动车转向泵定心杆实际服役条件出发，对定心杆的材料选择，铸造工艺及合金熔炼进行研究。经过力学性能测试，金相组织分析，现场实际应用，表明所选ＱＴ５００５完全满足转向泵定心杆的性能要求，并且生产工艺简单。
Abstract According to the service conditions of central pole in steering pump of vehicles,the selecting of material,design of foundry technique and metal melting have been studied,the testing results of mechanical properties and microstructure and its application in practice indicated that QT5005 ductile iron completely fulfills the requirements of the central ploe of steering pump and its production technology is simple.
