摘要
论述了医学物理教师专业化应具备的专业素质,当前高校教师在专业化发展中存在的问题,以及实现教师专业化发展的内涵和途径。因为教育的发展,教学质量的提高,对教师的专业化素质提出了新的要求,需要加强教师专业化队伍建设。
This article elaborates the specialized quality which the medicine physics teacher specialization should have, the current questions which university teachers have in the specialized development, as well as the connotation and the approach of realizing the teacher specialization development. Because the development of educatation and the enhancement of teaching quality, propose the new request to teachers specialized quality, it＇s need to strengthen the construction of specialized teacher team. It is also leading tidal current in the world education development.
