摘要
讨论了用于树脂砂壳型的水基涂料组成及其配制工艺，进行了生产应用。提出了具有一定的实用价值的配方，对涂料防止粘砂的特性进行了论述。
In this paper, compositon,technology and productive application of waterbased coating for coated sand shells were discussed. A composition with some practical value was put forward. And properties of protecting metal penetration by the coating were also dealt with in the article.
