摘要
详细介绍了消失模铸造用EPMMAEPS共聚树脂模样的发泡成形工艺,发泡工艺主要包括预发泡与成形发泡。最佳预发泡温度为120~130℃,发泡时间为5~8min;成形发泡工艺因模样结构、发泡模具不同而不同。研究了发泡工艺与模样密度、抗压强度之间的关系。
The article fully introduces forming process by foaming of EPMMAEPS polymerized resin pattern for full mold casting which consists of prefoaming and double foaming. The best technology data of prefoaming are used as follows:120~130 ℃ for 5~8 min. Those double foaming data varies when the shape of pattern and mold are changed. Moreover, the relations between density of pattern and compressive strength of pattern and prefoaming process are measured.
