摘要
在综合分析端面铣削动态过程的基础上,运用不等齿距端铣刀的减振理论、优化设计及CAD技术,开发了模块式可转位减振端铣刀CAD软件。该软件适用于直径80~500mm共9个系列的减振端铣刀的计算机辅助设计,可实现不等齿距端铣刀齿间角优化设计和铣刀图绘制的一体化,提高了设计精度和效率。
Based on the vibration reduction mechanism of milling cutters with unequal pitch,a software for CAD of the new type milling cutters is developed with the help of optimum design methods and CAD technique This software can be applied to CDA of nine kinds of vibration reduction face milling cutters from φ 80 to φ 500mm Therefore the optimum designing of tooth spacing angles and the drawing of drafts of such kind of cutters can be realized simultaneously and efficiently
