摘要
通过透射电镜衍射及能谱分析,在稀土硼铝共渗初期的渗层中,检测到了稀土,但没有找到稀土化合物,渗层主要由Fe2B相组成,其中夹杂有少量Fe23(C,B)6,AlFe3Cx,Fe3Al,FeSi2等化合物并存在富Al区。对共渗初期硼化物的形成进行了分析,解释了由于Al、Si化合物的形成阻碍了位错的运动以及稀土的晶界强化、位错强化和固溶强化等是稀土硼铝共渗层性能提高的主要原因。
The rare earth element was found in initial layer of rare earth B Al permeation by TEM and EDAX,but without rare earth compound. The layer was mainly composed of Fe 2B with less Fe 23 (C,B) 6, AlFe 3C x ,Fe 3Al and FeSi 2 compound ect, and there was concentrated Al in the layer. The boride form at initial stage of rare earth B Al permeation was analyzed. The property of layer would have been increased because of the formation of Al, Si compound.
