摘要
以研发企业战略实现和战略扩张为研究目标,以项目化管理为理论基础,将视角从企业间的生态学现象转到企业内部组织系统,揭示了项目管理能力在实现研发企业持续战略发展中的作用。
Aiming at the strategic realization and expansion of R ＆ D Enterprises, taking the project management as theoretic basis, the perspectives are transferred from the ecological phenomena among the enterprises to the organization system within the enterprise, thus revealing the functions of project management abilities in the realization of sustainable development of R ＆ D enterprises.
