摘要
现代服务业是相对于传统服务业而言,适应现代人和现代城市发展的需求而产生和发展起来的具有高技术和高知识含量的服务业,分为四大类,具有"三高、三新"的特征。本文以安徽省淮北市相山区为例,对其现代服务业发展现状及存在问题进行了评析,针对存在的问题,指出了其发展现代服务业的总体思路和主要行业发展思路,最后为其发展现代服务业提了几点对策和建议。
Modem service industry is demand of modem and contemporary compared with the traditional service industry. Its development originate from the urban development,and it is an industry which has high technology and high content of knowledge service. It is divided into four categories, with＂three high and three new＂feature. This paper takes XiangShan District in Huaibei as an example,analyses its modem service industry status quo and existing problems, points out the existing problems, and points out the overall developing modem service industry and thoughts on some main industries development. Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions on developing modem service industry for this district.
