摘要
借助环—块式摩擦磨损试验机,在干磨擦及油润滑状态下,研究了含Si量1%~5%的新型Al10SnSi三相合金及传统的Al20Sn两相合金的摩擦磨损性能及行为。结果表明:新型合金的磨损率低于不含硅的Al20Sn合金的磨损率,并且随硅含量的增加而减小。干摩擦时,摩擦系数随含硅量的增加无明显变化;油润滑时,摩擦系数则随含硅量的增加略有减小。磨损面的SEM分析表明:新型铝锡硅合金的磨损行为主要是磨粒磨损,而不含硅的Al20Sn两相合金则为磨粒磨损及疲劳磨损。
Friction and wear characterristics of new Al 10Sn Si alloys with silicon content from 1% to 5% and conventional Al 20Sn alloy were studied by means of the Ring Block type wear testing machine in dry friction and under lubrication. The results showed that the wear rate of new Al Sn Si alloys is lower than that of Al 20Sn alloy, and decreases with increase of silicon content. The friction coefficient non obviously varies with silicon content in dry friction. The friction coefficient slightly decreases with increase of silicon content in the lubricated condition. SEM morphologies of wearing surface showed that wear behaviour of new Al Sn Si alloys is mainly metallic wear, and that of Al Sn alloy consists of metallic and fatigue wear.
