类风湿关节炎在我国的低认知度和高致残率不容忽视 被引量：50

摘要 中华医学杂志在本期刊登了多篇关于类风湿关节炎基础和临床研究的论文，编辑部邀笔者写一篇评述性文章。但是，仔细想来这些论文的意义可由读者进行体会和评价，而目前国内对本病的认识程度及临床上存在的问题更值得关注。类风湿关节炎的患病率高，误诊误治的现象普遍，大量患者的病情迁延不愈或出现残疾。正确认识类风湿关节炎，早期积极治疗的理念和规范化用药对患者的病情缓解十分重要。本文现就国内类风湿关节炎的治疗现状、误区和对策进行讨论。
