摘要 双辊薄带连铸工艺是冶金领域的一项前沿技术,具有流程短、能耗低、金属收得率高、生产周期短、能减少轧机轧制道次、有效提高轧机作业率等特点。本文简述了双辊薄带连铸技术在国内外的发展状况,介绍了相关工艺和组织性能、数学模型的研究。该技术简化了冶金薄材生产工艺,节约设备投资,在高速钢、有色金属和不锈钢产品制备中具有重要作用。 Twin rolls thin strip continuous casting process is a leading technology in metallurgy industry. It has characteristics with a shortened procedure, low energy consumption, high metal yield, short production cycle, and can reduce rolling mill pass, effectively raise rolling mill operation rate. The development of twin rolls thin strip continuous casting technology in china and abroad was introduced in this article. The process and microstructure research and mathematical modeling were also introduced. The results showed that twin rolls thin strip continuous casting technology simplified metallurgical thin material production process, saved equipment investment and played an important role in the production of high speed steel, nonferrous metals and stainless steel.
