双膦酸捕收铌铁金红石机理研究 被引量:16

摘要 本文以纯铌铁金红石矿物为研究对象,介绍并比较几种捕收剂对其捕收效果的影响。试验结果表明,在矿浆pH为2~4之间时,双膦酸是铌铁金红石良好的捕收剂,使铌铁金红石的回收率达到90.87%~91.70%,而且其捕收性能优于试验所用的其他几种捕收剂。同时着重探讨了双膦酸与铌铁金红石的作用机理,并认为双膦酸在铌铁金红石的表面被吸附,而且其吸附形式主要为化学吸附。 Effects of several collectors on pure ilmenorutile were studied and compared in this paper.Diphosphonic acid is a better collector for ilmenorutile whose recovery was kept from 90.87% to 91.70% at pH 2.0-4.0. Its performance is superior to other collectors.The mechanism of diphosphonic acid collecting ilmenorutile was discussed emphatically.It is considered that diphosphonic acid is adsorbed onto the ilmenorutile surface, and that the adsorption of diphosphonic acid belongs to chemical adsorption mainly.
