摘要
分析了综放开采采区煤炭损失的构成和提高煤炭采出率的措施,明确了降低煤炭损失有提高煤炭损失部分的回收量和降低煤炭损失所占比率2个方面的含义,指出采用无煤柱开采及合理的放煤工艺可提高煤炭采出率,加大工作面几何参数可降低煤炭损失比率.探讨了放煤步距与顶煤厚度之间的关系,得出综放工作面最佳作业方式为一采一放工作方式,提出“原位”沿空掘巷的概念.
Analysed coal loss of mining area and ways of control wholely, it is expounded that the implication of lessening coal loss, one of enhancing recovery of coal loss, the other of decreasing percentage of coal loss, it also points out pillarless mining and reasonable mining procedure can improve coal recovery,increasing geometical parameters of coalface can lessen coal loss rate. Discussed the relation of drawing interval and topcoal height at the first time, it is considered that the procedure of one cutting. one caving is the best working procedure in sublevel caving,in the meantime,it puts forward the concept of roadway driving along goaf.
