摘要
结合食品安全问题的现状,通过对农产品市场"柠檬化"的分析,比较了不同质量安全品质农产品的经营效益。
Combining with the current situations of food safety, the "lemon" problem of agricultural products markets was analyzed. The management benefits of agricultural products with different safety quality were compared.
