持续干旱对大田小麦光合作用及千粒重的影响 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]研究9个小麦组合在持续高温干旱条件下的光合等生理特性的变化及对千粒重的影响。[方法]在大田持续干旱条件下,测定小麦农艺性状、叶绿素含量和光合作用(Pn),用相关、灰色关联度分析各因素在干旱胁迫下的相互影响关系。[结果]从叶绿素的变化趋势来看,在干旱的前阶段,叶绿素下降很快,而到中后期,下降很慢,说明小麦对干旱有一个适应机制。Pn在干旱胁迫前期中期均呈下降趋势,在后期部分品系还出现一定幅度地升高。在影响Pn的光合参数中,Pn与叶肉导度强烈相关,其次是蒸腾速率和水分有效利用效率。在对两年的千粒重影响因素分析中,干旱中后期的叶绿素含量、有效光合叶面积及干旱中期的光合作用对千粒重起重要作用。[结论]大田小麦对持续干旱具有一定的适应调节机制。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to investigate the effects of continuous drought stress on photosynthesis and 1000-grain weight of 9 wheat combinations . [ Method ] Nine wheat lines under nature field drought stress were used to study the change tendency of chlorophyll, photosynthesis( Pn), flag leaf area, 1 000-grain weight during grain filling period. The relationship between chlorophyll content, photosynthesis parameters and grain weights was analyzed by using correlation, gray correlation analysis. [ Result] During the field drought stress, the chlorophyll content decreased greatly in drought first stage, the decreasing ratio of chlorophyll content was slowed at the continued stages, which suggested the adaptation to drought; Pn showed the decreasing tendency at the first and Second stages, but some lines showed increasing tendency. The main parameters affecting the Pn were gin, E, and WUE; The main factors affecting the 1000-gain weight were chlorophyll content, the flag leaf area and Pn of later drought stages. [ Conclusion ] The wheat had the adaptability to drought stress under nature field drought stress.
