摘要
传统观念认为,成纤维细胞的主要作用是维持组织结构的完整性,而近年新的观念认为成纤维细胞是免疫系统的组成部分,能够对早期的危险信号做出反应,产生趋化因子,导致炎症反应。成纤维细胞由多种异质性的群体构成,表现出复杂的生物合成活性。本文主要就细胞表面糖蛋白Thy-1与成纤维细胞异质性关系的研究进展作一综述。
Fibroblasts, which were previously thought to maintain the integrity of tissue structure, have been recently found to play an integral role in immune system. They are the key initial chemokine producers that act as a tissue early warning system. Fibroblasts are composed of heterogenous subsets that display complicated biosynthetic activity. This article reviews the ralationship between membrane glycoprotein Thy-1 and fibroblast heterogeneity.
