脑出血后脑水肿形成机制的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 脑出血是常见的急性脑血管疾病之一,发病率和死亡率均较高。在脑出血后的原发性损伤和继发性损伤中,继发性脑水肿形成是导致脑组织结构改变和功能损伤的重要原因,近年来已取得较多认识。脑水肿在脑出血发生后1~2h即可出现,持续4~5天开始吸收,除了与血肿周围局部脑血流下降相关外,血肿释放的某些活性物质或血液本身的成分可能是脑水肿产生的物质基础。本文综述了脑出血后各时期脑水肿形成的主要影响因素。
