摘要
通过实验室和电站锅炉上的燃用测试及对有关技术经济指标的分析统计,研究对比了一种较低挥发分水煤浆和较高挥发分水煤浆的燃烧特性以及经济运行效果。结果表明,前者的着火和燃尽温度均高于后者,其着火、稳燃综合指数Rw较低。利用电站水煤浆锅炉试烧该较低挥发分水煤浆样品,发现主要运行参数基本达到设计燃料数值,能够满足锅炉和机组运行要求,锅炉热效率比设计值低;经济核算的结果比较理想,可为电站锅炉燃用低阶燃料的尝试提供借鉴和参考。
The characteristics of combustion and the effect of economic operation of a low-volatile coal water slurry and a high-volatile coal water slurry were compared, through the test of combustion on laboratory and power station boilers, and the technical and economic indicators were analyzed. The study showed that, the ignition temperature and burnout temperature with low-volatile coal water slurry are both higher than that with high-volatile coal water slurry, with relatively lower R. (ignition and steady combustion comprehensive index). The test results in power plant showed that the low-volatile coal water slurry could satisfied the operational requirements of boilers, yet the thermal efficiency were a little lower than designed value generally, the result of economic accounting is rather good, which could be referenced to the application of low-volatile fuels in power plants.
